You may quote short passages of this site for reference or review provided you name BarnBooked and link to the page you are quoting. Reproducing a page in full, copying the design, or reusing the copy for another commercial product is not permitted without written consent from the publisher.

Photographs on this site are licensed for use by MLJ, SASU and may not be extracted or reused. Customer names, barn names and testimonials appear with the written permission of the people quoted and remain their property.

The software enforces the workload limits, level clearances and instructor hours that you configure. Applicable law

This legal notice and the use of this website are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt to reach an amicable resolution by email, the courts of Paris, France have jurisdiction. Where a user is a consumer resident in the United States, this clause applies without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's state of residence.
